municipalities signed every year. 2024年4月3日、キャンプ・フォスターにて津波警報が発令された後、安全な高台に移動された大型公用車両。この日、沖縄の太平洋海兵隊施設は、毎年MCIPACと沖縄の地元市町村が締結している地域実施協定により、標高の低い場所に住む1600人以上の地域住民が、より早く高台に避難できるよう、基地内のゲートを開放した。
