The official CFAY Welcome Aboard package is fully interactive with links and QR codes to official sources, maps to help new arrivals, food delivery options available on base to assist every incoming CFAY Sailor and their family have a smooth transition to Yokosuka.
We also provided contact information for the entire Yokosuka Ombudsman Assembly so Sailors and their families -- regardless of command -- have a point of contact at their gaining command, making this a valuable resource to supplement any Yokosuka-area command's official information.

Welcome Aboard Yokosuka is the first publication sent to incoming military and civilian personnel transferring to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Despite being tailored specifically for CFAY personnel, the information in this publication is relevant to all SOFA-sponsored personnel moving to Yokosuka, Japan and all commands are welcome to share this with their own incoming Sailors, Marines, Soldiers, dependents and prospective employees.
