The Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA) is a U.S. Department of War facility located in Crane, Indiana. CAAA's primary mission is to receive, store, ship, produce, renovate, and demilitarize conventional ammunition, missiles, and related components to support the readiness of the Joint Force.
The Crane Quarterly is an authorized publication for members of Crane Army Ammunition Activity and the Department of Defense. Contents of the magazine are unofficial and are not necessarily the views of, or endorsed by, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, the Department of the Army, the Department of Defense, or any other U.S. Government agency.
