The purpose of this Campaign Plan is three-fold: (1) to describe the roles and missions of the future Reserve Force in the context of the Commandant of the Marine Corps vision for the Marine Corps under Force Design 2030; (2) to provide a detailed roadmap, nested within Force Design, by which Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) aligns with and achieves this vision; and (3) to broadcast to the Total Force and the American people the level of commitment that MARFORRES has to modernizing the Reserve in support of the defense of our Nation.
