The Oscar Observer is an official electronic publication for Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group Forward - Oscar Rotation sailors, families and friends. NAVELSG FWD is a mobilized unit that has multiple missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Members are forward deployed to Afghanistan, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, and UAE.
