The SENTINELS is an official publication of the 49th Military Police Brigade, Operation Iraqi Freedom 2009-2010. The 49th MP Brigade, a California Army National Guard entity, consists of multiple battalions and numerous companies assigned to conduct military police operations throughout Iraq. The SENTINELS is dedicated to all National Guard, Reserve and active duty Army units -- along with Air Force detachments -- that serve within the 49th MP Brigade's command.
