The Great Lakes Fishery and Ecosystem Restoration (GLFER) collection contains publications related to ecosystem restoration efforts throughout the Great Lakes Basin. This includes planning documents, monitoring reports, feasibility studies, project fact sheets, and final restoration evaluations developed under the authority of Section 506 of the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 2000. The GLFER program is a partnership effort led by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in collaboration with federal, tribal, state, and local entities, to restore fish and wildlife habitat and improve the ecological health of the Great Lakes.
