CAMP LIBERTY, Iraq – The 15th Personnel Service Battalion held a luncheon hosted by Maj. Gen. Joseph F. Fil Jr., commanding general of Multi National Division – Baghdad and 1st Cavalry Division, in efforts to guide and teach senior leadership within the battalion, March 24.

During his visit, Fil discussed the role that 15th PSB is playing and how they are supporting MND-B, said Lt. Col. Angela Odum, commander of 15th PSB.

"He was very open and frank about our roll and responsibilities, not only for the 1st Cavalry Division, but also for MND-B," Odum said.

One of the highlights from the meeting was simply that Fil, as a senior officer, spent time to teach leaders and inform troops of where they fit in the puzzle in Iraq, said Command Sgt. Maj. Tim Livengood, the top noncommissioned officer for the 15th PSB.

"It was good to see him come and convey his care for Soldiers," Livengood said.
