    103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)

FORT MCCOY, Wis.- U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Francis Buor, who is assigned to the 753rd Quartermaster Company, Green Bay, Wis., placed first in the non-commissioned officer category of the 646th Regional Support Group’s Best Warrior competition held at Fort McCoy on Sept. 23.

Buor is the son of Allswell Buor, Milwaukee, and Francis Buor, Tema, Ghana. He is a Water Treatment Purification Specialist in the Army Reserve.

The Army Reserve Best Warrior competition tests soldiers in several areas including physical fitness, basic Army skills, and overall Army knowledge. This year’s events included an eight mile road march and a compass course, which required soldiers to calculate the direction and distance of several points on a map.

Buor will advance to the next level of competition, which will be held at Camp Dodge, Iowa, in November. Buor will represent the 646th RSG, based in Madison, Wis., during the event.
