HURLBURT FIELD, Fla. – U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Anthony Green, former command chief of Air Force Special Operations Command, was found guilty of committing four offenses in violation of two articles of the Uniform Code of Military Justice to include indecent recording in violation of Article 120c; and possessing, viewing and producing child pornography in violation of Article 134 today.
He was sentenced to a reduction in rank to the grade of E-1; a dishonorable discharge; 10 years of confinement for producing child pornography; and two years of confinement each for the offenses of indecent recording, possessing child pornography, and viewing child pornography. Those sentences will run concurrently. The sentencing followed a general court-martial trial by a judge at Hurlburt Field, Florida, Sept. 14 – 17, 2026.
The offenses were committed on or near Hurlburt Field, against one victim. The Department of the Air Force Office of Special Trial Counsel preferred and referred these charges to a general court-martial and served as lead counsel for the United States during trial.
Green was acquitted of obstructing justice.
