    SAN DIEGO–As the United States celebrates its semiquincentennial and honors more than 250 years of military heritage, the necessity of a resilient and reliable defense industrial base has never been clearer. Today’s team ofsevenmulti-functional expertshave a combined 250 years of professional experienceandrepresent Defense Contract Management AgencySouthern California’s San Diego office:

    • Clarke Young, a program integrator with 50 years combined military and civilian professional experience

    • Gilbert Sanchez, a quality assurance specialist with 42 years combined military and civilian professional experience

    • Todd Boussom, a management analyst with 41 years combined military and civilian professional experience

    • Richard O’Malley, a quality assurance specialist with 40 years combined military and civilian professional experience

    • Rachelle Munz, a quality assurance director with 38 years of DCMA civilian professional experience

    • Christopher Calcagni, a quality assurance specialist with 36 years combined military and civilian professional experience

    • Cristine Fuson, a quality assurance specialist with three years DCMA civilian professional experience

    DCMA SoCal’s San Diego office covers all of San Diego County and Baja, California, Mexico facilities. The workload ranges from small facilities to prime Acquisition Category I programs such as the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System and Advanced Arresting Gear used to launch and catch aircraft on the Navy’s Ford-class aircraft carriers.
