Announcing G-TEAD's Next ASCC Enterprise Synchronization Forum

By Sarah Hepburn, Office of Army Pathway for Innovation and Technology (PIT)

WASHINGTON — Modernization across the Army demands tight synchronization—ensuring that emerging operational needs, regional priorities, and enterprise resources move in step to deliver capabilities where and when Soldiers need them most. To strengthen that alignment, The Army Pathway for Innovation and Technology (PIT)’s Global Tactical Edge Acquisition Directorate (G-TEAD) is hosting the second G‑TEAD Army Service Component Command (ASCC) Enterprise Synchronization Forum virtually on September 28-29, 2026. This quarterly forum deepens the collective cross‑enterprise collaboration required to translate discovery into delivery, expand shared situational awareness, and accelerate tactical‑edge capability deployment.

Connecting Discovery to Delivery Through the Army PIT

The Army PIT continues to provide a critical framework for modernization by accelerating dual‑use innovation, advancing strategic partnerships, and ensuring emerging technologies reach operational environments faster. Built to close the gap between innovation and mission impact, the PIT streamlines how concepts are evaluated, validated at the tactical edge, and transitioned into capabilities that strengthen readiness.

As a core component of this ecosystem, G‑TEAD enables rapid testing, deployment, and transition of combat‑credible, multi-domain, interoperable solutions. By coordinating closely with ASCCs and Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAEs), G‑TEAD ensures regional requirements are understood early, aligned across the enterprise, and appropriately supported through accelerated pathways that connect discovery to delivery.

    Event Details

This second ASCC Enterprise Synchronization Forum builds on the momentum of the inaugural event, further enhancing how stakeholders across the Army Enterprise collaborate to meet urgent operational needs. The forum will broaden shared awareness of emerging priorities, highlight upcoming Accelerated Capability Events (ACEs), and reinforce a unified approach to delivering timely, relevant solutions that strengthen mission readiness.

    • September 28,2026: Government Alignment- Stakeholders will align on G‑TEAD’s upcoming Accelerated Capability Events (ACEs), enabling all groups to share insights, strengthen outcomes, and identify potential pathways for transition in support of a unified path forward.
    • September 29,2026: Industry Engagement- Industry will gain visibility into upcoming opportunities, including information on the upcoming ACEs planned in both U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR‑AF).

As the Army faces accelerating demands across every domain, the G‑TEAD Army Service Component Command (ASCC) Enterprise Synchronization Forum remains an essential venue where the right partners come together, stay informed, and remain postured to deliver what Soldiers need next.
