NUWC Division, Keyport Employee Spotlight: Noah Garguile
Sustaining our warfighting advantage requires a dedicated team of experts committed to Fleet readiness. Among these experts is Noah Garguile, a customer advocate and technical project manager for unmanned undersea systems at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport.

“Noah is a very positive person,” said his supervisor. “He's driven to get things done. He is one of those people who just draws others into his atmosphere and his orbit. He's always moving, always working something, and he wants to do the right thing for the Navy.”

A Bremerton, Washington native, Noah was born into a family of entrepreneurs who owned and operated multiple local grocery stores and restaurants. Through his involvement with these businesses, Noah learned early on the value of hard work, community outreach, and taking care of employees and customers—lessons that would later serve him well in his current role at Keyport.

After finishing high school, Noah joined the Air Force. He earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from the U.S. Air Force Academy, then served seven years as an active-duty Air Force officer. He went on to attain the rank of lieutenant, then captain, and complete a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.

In 2014, Noah began working at Keyport as a financial management analyst. He later worked as a program analyst in the Customer Advocacy Department before advancing to his current position in the command's Unmanned and Theater Undersea Warfare Systems Department in 2021.

By helping ensure the rapid delivery and operational readiness of critical unmanned systems, Noah directly supports the two first Naval Sea Systems Command Enterprise Strategy Lines of Effort: “Accelerate Force Generation” and “Generate Readiness.”

Outside of work, Noah enjoys time with his wife and four children. He also gardens, helps run his family’s restaurant business, coaches youth sports and volunteers for an organization that supports local athletes.
