Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest increased the ceiling capacity for the $100 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract for multi-discipline projects awarded to Rogers, Lovelock & Fritz, Inc. of Orlando, Florida by $27 million August 6.
The capacity increase brings the total contract amount to $127 million. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing architectural design and engineering services for preparation of design-build requests for proposals and 100% construction documents for various project types within the NAVFAC Northwest area of responsibility.
Work will be performed at various locations within the NAVFAC Northwest area of responsibility, including Washington Alaska Idaho, Montana, and Oregon, and is expected to be completed by September 2026.
