Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) will officially establish Officer in Charge of Construction Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (OICC PSNS) during a ceremony held Aug. 28 at the Naval Undersea Warfare Museum in Keyport, Washington, where NAVFAC Pacific Commander Rear Adm. Omarr Tobias will designate Capt. Troy Brown as OICC PSNS commanding officer.
OICC PSNS will oversee the contracting and construction for the proposed Multi-mission Dry Dock at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) at Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton.

The ceremony is open to the public and will take place in conjunction with the NAVFAC Northwest Change of Command. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
