KABUL - One Afghan civilian was killed and seven others were wounded when an insurgent wearing a suicide vest detonated himself in a local store in the Bermal District of Paktika province today.
The wounded Afghans were taken to a local clinic for initial treatment, and are being transferred to an International Security Assistance Force medical facility for further care.
The incident is currently under investigation.
