US military aircraft, personnel support Dubai Airshow 2025

The Dubai Airshow 2025, one of the largest military expositions in the world, commenced today at Al Maktoum International Airport, United Arab Emirates. U.S. military personnel and aircraft from the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and U.S. Navy will be participating alongside global allies and partners.

The five-day event features advanced U.S. military cargo aircraft; tactical air-to air and air-to-ground combat fighters; close air support aircraft; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft; stealth aircraft; helicopters; and a range of ground-based air defense systems. U.S. Central Command, Ninth Air Force (Air Forces Central), U.S. Naval Forces Central Command and U.S. Army Central routinely support these expositions to showcase coalition airpower established through regional cooperation and military interoperability to support the enduring vision of security and stability throughout the region.

U.S. events will include aerial demonstrations by Air Combat Command’s F-35A Lightning II and F-16 Viper demonstration teams; performances from the Air Forces Central Band; and a Bomber Task Force flyover from Barksdale Air Force Base’s 96th Bomb Squadron.

The U.S. has participated in every Dubai Airshow since 2003. The event offers partners and allies the opportunity to highlight next-generation capabilities to support the enduring vision of security and stability across the region. U.S. participation builds upon that strong relationship with UAE and enhances relationships with other allies and partners in the region.

Media interested in engaging with U.S. military personnel or the AFCENT Band or for more information about U.S. participation at the airshow, should contact the AFCENT Public Affairs Office at afcent.publicaffairs@us.af.mil.
