The Grissom customer support desk is here for YOU!
The 434th Force Support Squadron customer support desk provides important resources to meet Airmen’s needs and support them in completing their mission.
“We allow people to update their record in a timely manner so that, if something happens, their family is informed,” said Staff Sergeant Devin Hall, 434th FSS personnel technician. “We also provide up-to-date IDs and medical insurance so that way they’re taken care of when they go out on orders or deployments.”
Resources provided include in-processing, ID card replacements, updates to family status, Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System (DEERS) and Service/Family Group Life Insurance (SGLI/FGLI). These services are offered to Airmen, their dependents, 100% disabled American veterans and civil service employees. This year, the customer support desk has helped over 5,000 personnel.
The customer support desk is located in building 596 and is open 0800-1530 Monday through Friday. The office is closed on Tuesdays.
