    Two Injured in Afghanistan Apache Helicopter Crash

    Two crewmembers were injured today when a U.S. military AH-64 Apache helicopter crashed during a training mission on a range near Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, Combined Forces Command Afghanistan officials reported.

    Hostile fire is not suspected in the incident, officials said. U.S. forces have secured the crash site and are conducting an investigation.

    The injured crewmembers are being treated at the base. No report was immediately available on their condition.
