The site, sponsored by InfiNet in Norfolk, Va., has thousands of messages from wellwishers around the world for those stationed in Bosnia. The URL for the Electronic Holiday Card is http://cards.infi.net/bosniacard.html.

Black History Month Theme Announced
WASHINGTON -- "African Americans and Civil Rights: A Reappraisal" is the theme of the 71st Black History Month in February.
The theme, selected yearly by the Association for the Study of AfroAmerican Life and History Inc., encourages a look at black history and implications for the future.
DoD encourages all commands to participate in Black History Month. In the Pentagon, DoD will dedicate an AfricanAmerican Military Heroes Corridor as part of the observance. (AFPS)
