Hundreds of World Wide Web sites offer information about breast health issues, including how to conduct a self-examination.

The easiest way to locate these sites is to perform a search from a web browser. If you don't have a personal computer to use, many libraries have computers you can use to log onto the Internet.

Once logged onto a browser, search for "health" or "women's health" for broad categories, or specifically for "breast cancer." Or use a search engine such as Yahoo! or Alta Vista and look under the health index.
