FORT INDIANTOWN GAP, Pa. — During annual training at Fort Indiantown Gap, three Soldiers from the 1946th Financial Management Support Detachment, D.C. Army National Guard, were recognized for their outstanding performance and leadership potential with a promotion in rank.
