JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas - Ramstein Air Base and Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, have been selected as the 2025 Air Force Innkeeper Award winners for best lodging operations in the large and small categories, respectively.

The Air Force Services Center announced the selections April 7. The Innkeeper Award Program recognizes the installation-level lodging facilities providing the most outstanding accommodations and customer service.

Created in 1981, the Innkeeper Award Program evaluates lodging facilities on customer service, cleanliness, financials and related support activities, customer comment cards and in-person guest feedback.

“Installations meeting the highest standards received a comprehensive virtual review of the main facets of their operations by the Innkeeper Evaluation Board comprised of lodging experts from AFSVC,” said Diana Yelder, AFSVC Lodging Operations branch chief and large operations evaluator.
