Vehicle access to the Tailwater Recreation Area and Vista Road will be restricted to all but official law enforcement, emergency response, fire department and US Army Corps of Engineers vehicles from Friday, April 5 through and including Monday, April 8, 2024, due to the solar eclipse.

    - Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, be attended at all times, and pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in waste receptacles or removed from the park.

    - Fires are prohibited except in cooking grills provided in the parks, and during periods when no local fire bans are in effect.

    - Vehicles are required to follow all state and local regulations, and park only in designated asphalt parking areas where and at times permitted.

    - Litter and waste must be picked up and removed from the park or placed in designated waste receptacles.
