    TIMES AND TICKET INFO:
    PARKING OPENS AT 8 AM
    GATES OPEN AT 9 AM
    PERFORMANCES BEGIN AT APPROXIMATELY 11 AM
    GATES CLOSE AT 4 PM
    We suggest arriving early before to avoid potential traffic.
    General admission to the show is free, a ticket is not required.
    Seating is not provided for free general admission. We encourage general admission guests to bring portable chairs or blankets to sit and view the air show.
    Seating options are available, but not required to attend the air show. Upgraded VIP Experience options are available for purchase.
    A parking pass is required to park in identified lots. Parking passes are available for purchase at LukeDays2024.com

    HOW TO GET HERE - PARKING AND SHUTTLE INFO:
    • Driving: A parking pass is needed for those driving to the event. Premium seating purchases include on-base parking. Accessible parking is free on-base. Purchase parking passes at Luke Days 2024 Parking.
    • Rideshare: Ridesharing is recommended to reduce traffic and environmental impact. Shuttles are available from off-base parking areas except for the Blue Lot, which is a walkable distance.
    • Designated rideshare drop off location: 13717 W Glendale Ave, Glendale, AZ 85307
    AIR SHOW NETWORK VIP EXPERIENCE:
    Premium Box Seats: Premium Box Seats located directly on the flightline, providing an outstanding way to view the air show. This area offers “in and out” privileges from the reserved seating area throughout the day for guests to enjoy the static displays, concessions, souvenir booths, and exhibitors. Pick your seat and it will be assigned to you for the entire day. Seating is not under shade for maximum viewing of the air show. However, there will be shade tents available in the back of the seating area - first come, first served standing room only. Rows of 2, 3 and 4 available. Single seats are available in rows of 8.
    Concessions are available for purchase at dedicated booths located near the back of the box seating area. Premium Box Seats also offers dedicated porta-lets for the convenience of our guests.

    • Children ages 4 & under admitted free (lap only)
    NOTE: Personal chairs are not allowed in the Premium Box area. Out of courtesy for other guests' viewing, standing is not permitted at the seats. Standing is only allowed at the back of the seated areas, behind the chairs. Strollers are not allowed to block the aisle.
    Flight Line Club: The Flight Line Club caters to guests looking for an upgraded air show experience with the best views of the flying action. This reserved area offers “in and out” privileges from the Flight Line Club area throughout the day for guests to enjoy the static displays, concessions, souvenir booths, and exhibitors.
    The Flight Line Club includes reserved tables of 2 or 4 seats each, single seats are not available. Dedicated private porta-lets are also available for the convenience of our guests. Unlimited refreshments will be provided throughout the day as well as a catered lunch.
    • In-and-out access from Flight Line Club area throughout the day
    • Front line seating in spacious exclusive viewing area
    • Reserved tables of 2 or 4 available.
    • Single seats not available.
    • Catered, buffet-style lunch
    • Unlimited water and soft drinks
    • Private "Premium" restrooms
    • Children ages 3 & under admitted free (lap only)

    ENTRY RESTRICTIONS:
    Luke AFB is a U.S. Government Federal installation.
    When arriving to the air base, we ask that you pay strict attention to road signs and directions by Military and Civilian law enforcement personnel.
    All guests should be prepared to show identification if requested by official air base personnel.
    Law enforcement will be present, and everyone will be subject to search. Prohibited items found will be confiscated and will not be returned.

    ACCEPTED FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION:
    For U.S. Citizens:
    - State Issued Driver's License
    - U.S. Passport Card
    - U.S. Passport
    - U.S. State Department Driver's License
    - Military Dependent ID card
    - Veteran ID Card
    - Military Retiree ID Card
    - Common Access Card (CAC)
    For Foreign Nationals:
    - Passports are the only ID accepted for non-US citizens.

    PROHIBITED ITEMS:
    - Standard size backpacks, large purses, totes, and other types of baggage other than bags conforming to the “Clear Bag Policy” will not be permitted.
    - Diaper bags will be searched.
    - Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit) include but are not limited to firearms, knives (including pocket knives and multi-tools), replica or toy weapons, pepper spray, mace, stun guns, and martial arts weapons.
    - Outside food drinks and alcoholic beverages.
    - All smoking materials, including vape pens and lighters, will be confiscated at the flightline entry points.
    - Ice chests or coolers that are not medically required.
    - Pets, other than service animals.
    - Glass containers.
    - Bicycles, roller skates, roller blades (kick and electric), wheeled-heel shoes, scooters, skateboards, or hoverboards.
    - Personal drones (quad or hexacopters). Luke Days is a NO DRONE ZONE. In accordance with FAA issued Temporary Flight Restrictions, drone operations will be prohibited with 5 miles of Luke AFB.
    - Lasers or laser pointers.
    - Tents, pop-ups, canopies.
    - Hand umbrellas are allowed but are NOT authorized in the Grandstands Seating area at any time.
    - Personal Golf Carts
    - Tailgating/BBQ.
    - Illicit narcotics, CBD, and marijuana are Federally banned.

    PERMITTED ITEMS:
    - Be prepared to show photo identification.
    - Non-U.S. Citizens – official passport required (no photos will be accepted).
    - A one-gallon zip-top style bag, commercially purchased clear bag, or small clutch for personal items is permissible.
    - You may carry keys, makeup, feminine products, comb, phone, wallet, credit cards, etc., in your pockets if you avoid putting them in a clear bag or clutch.
    - Folding chairs.
    - Wagons and strollers.
    - Service animals that meet the American Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.
    - Binoculars/cameras. Camera bags will be searched.
    - Diaper bags. Bag will be searched.
    - While coolers/ice chests are NOT permitted, an exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a specified lane at each gate.
    - Motorized scooters and wheelchairs for disabled patrons. Please be aware that the crowds may be heavy, maneuvering may be difficult, and that there is no place at the show to plug in and recharge.
    RECOMMENDED ITEMS:
    Hearing protection, comfortable shoes, hat, sunscreen, blankets, cameras, binoculars, fully-charged cell phones.
    All authorized vendors will accept debit/credit cards for purchases. We are a cashless event; cards are accepted by all authorized vendors.

    SAFETY:
    Aircraft Safety
    - Do not touch or climb on any aircraft unless you are invited to do so by the aircrew.
    - Remember that trash can be sucked up into aircraft engines, damaging the aircraft and endangering the pilot's life. Please keep the flightline litter-free by using the trash receptacles provided for your convenience.
    - Watch for tent ropes and aircraft tie-down chains.
    - Observe all signs, including the ones that say, 'Do Not Touch.'

    First Aid
    - Drink plenty of fluids.
    - Apply sunscreen often. Temperatures on the flightline typically are higher than normal. Bring a hat to protect the top of your head.
    - Take time out to rest during the day.
    - First aid tents will be set up on the flightline. Look for the tents marked with a red cross.

    Additional Security Information
    - There will be designated entry points to enter the public show area. These will be the only points that spectators will be allowed to enter. For everyone's safety, do not try to enter from any other point.
    - Please pay careful attention to all signs and announcements, and be patient. These procedures are in place to ensure the safety of those attending the air show.
    - If you elect not to return prohibited items to your vehicle and choose to leave them at the security check point, we will not be responsible for the return of the item. These measures are being taken to ensure everyone's safety.
    - ALL INDIVIDUALS ENTERING THE FLIGHT LINE AREA THROUGH THE ADMISSION GATES MUST PRODUCE VALID IDENTIFICATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.
    - ALL INDIVIDUALS 18 YEARS AND OLDER ENTERING THE FLIGHT LINE AREA THROUGH THE ADMISSION GATES MUST PRODUCE VALID IDENTIFICATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.
