Sayed Mohammad Eqbal Munib, governor of Ghowr province, department heads of the local administration, Linas Linkevicius, Lithuanian PRT civilian element head, and Lt. Col. Arturas Jasinskas, Lithuanian PRT chief of staff, attended the ceremony.
"We are happy the people of Ghowr understand the importance of education to the future of their country," said Mr. Linkevicius.
