KABUL, Afghanistan - An ISAF Provincial Reconstruction Team completed two projects recently in the village of Seyawashan, Gozara District.
The Italian-led Herat PRT constructed a new boundary wall for a local school to provide extra safety and security for students.
The second project was the construction of a new well for drinking water and irrigation. The PRT has dug over 800 wells in Herat province.
The Gozara District governor, the chief of the Herat Education Department, representatives of the Heart Provincial Council and many other local authorities and elders attended the inauguration ceremony for both projects.
