KABUL, Afghanistan - While on a routine patrol in Helmand province today, International Security Assistance Forces seized 800 pounds of marijuana, 600 pounds of marijuana seeds and 200 pounds of opium seeds.
Two suspects were detained and turned over to Afghan authorities, and the drugs were destroyed.
