Army Maj. Gen. Vincent B. Barker retires celebrating his 42 years of service on May 19, 2023, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. He served as the chief of staff at U.S. Transportation Command.
U.S. Transportation Command is a unified, functional combatant command which provides support to the ten other U.S. combatant commands, the military services, defense agencies and other government organizations.
