97th Air Mobility Wing

U.S. Sen. James Lankford of Oklahoma, and his wife Cindy, visited the 97th Air Mobility Wing at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, Feb. 23, 2023. During their visit, the Lankford’s had the opportunity to visit L. Mendel Rivers Elementary School, local housing projects, the spouse coworking space, a KC-46 Pegasus and other locations throughout the base. Airmen and key spouses from the 97th AMW showcased the wing’s mission along with projects that will enhance quality of life for Airmen and families at Altus AFB.
