    Vanessa C. Calloway, Chief
    Beneficiary Services,
    Department of Managed Care
    Eisenhower Army Medical Center

Not everything in life has to be challenging and complicated to understand, especially when dealing with your health care benefits.
The Beneficiary Services team at Eisenhower Army Medical Center has a staff
of dedicated professionals ready to assist with navigating and understanding health care benefits.
The team has more than 60 years of collective experience assisting EAMC’s beneficiary population. It is Beneficiary Services’ mission and honor to serve as your advisor and liaison between EAMC and civilian providers when the medical and dental care is not available in a military facility.
The commitment includes providing information on enrollment status such as eligibility to enroll with Primary Care Managers, PCM change requests and enrollment in TRICARE for Life for beneficiaries in EAMC’s TRICARE Plus program. Beneficiary Services staff includes
Beneficiary Counseling Assistance Coordinators and Debt Collection Assistance Officers, formerly known as Health Benefits advisors.
We can explain your health benefits in the military facility, and under the auspices of TRICARE Prime, Extra, or Standard, TRICARE Plus, TRICARE For Life, Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Administration and group health insurance. We can also assist with obtaining the medical and/or dental care you need and advise you of the financial obligations you may incur.
Beneficiary Services keeps current lists available of all participating providers and other resources, provide assistance with unresolved claims, supply briefings to military and civilian groups, assist with assignment of primary care managers and, in some instances, help with hospital registration. Beneficiaries receive help with TRICARE-related eligibility, enrollment, referrals, authorization, and claim processing questions
Beneficiary Services is available to help navigate health care benefits and options by calling 706-787-6261, option No. 1, or visit us on the second floor of EAMC. Hours of operation Monday-Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., except federal holidays.
