An NSA security team member was promoted during a recent ceremony. Capt. Ronald M. Charles was promoted to his new rank during an on-base ceremony Jan. 28. Attended by family, friends and coworkers Charles was recognized for his leadership and in-depth knowledge of law enforcement. He is a retired Pa. State Police Officer and a former Department of Corrections officer.
