Decking the halls with food and camaraderie
Christmas is upon us and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point will still be open for business. @MCAS Cherry Point’s Single Marine Program (SMP) understands that it can be hard being away from family during the holidays, so it will host a Christmas dinner, free of charge, at the Roadhouse Recreation Center, Dec. 25, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. All single and unaccompanied service members are welcome to attend. Additionally the Roadhouse will host a white elephant gift exchange with gifts provided to the first 50 people by the SMP. Hot chocolate and cookies will be available for service members to snack on, too. Those on duty or Sick in Quarters, we haven’t forgotten about you either, you can request a to-go meal by calling 252-466-3027 with pick up being from 1-2 p.m.
