    AFME releases cause and manner of death of 1st Armored Division Soldier

    FORT BLISS, Texas – The Armed Forces Medical Examiner, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware completed an autopsy report concerning the death of Pfc. Asia Graham. Pfc. Asia Graham, 19, 1st Armored Division Combat Aviation Brigade, was found unresponsive in her assigned barracks room on the morning of Dec. 31, 2020, at Fort Bliss, Texas.

    The Armed Forces Medical Examiner determined Pfc. Graham’s cause and manner of death was “Accidental Mixed Drug (Fentanyl and Multiple Synthetic Cannabinoids) Intoxication.”
