    Members of the Fort McCoy Color Guard, Chaplain Rand and Garrison Commander Colonel Poss participate in the Sparta Memorial Day parade on May 31, 2021. The parade moved down S. Water Street to Blyton Veteran’s Park where members of the community gathered for a Memorial Day service. Chaplain Rand provided the invocation and closing prayer for the service and Colonel Poss was the guest speaker. After the service the community moved to Sparta VFW Post 2112 for a wreath laying ceremony.
