Expansion of the Corona test offer in Wiesbaden
In order to be able to continue to meet the ever-increasing demand for free rapid tests for citizens in the state capital Wiesbaden, the existing offer will be expanded in the coming days.
From Saturday, 8 May, another test site of the “Johanniter” will open in the gymnasium of the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Schule, Straße der Republik 2a in Biebrich. This is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. without prior appointment.
Furthermore, it is possible to visit the praeventia consulting testing sites on the grounds of the Wiesbaden Phantoms on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4 to 7 p.m. on Willy-Brandt-Allee 17, as well as Monday to Friday from 2 to 7 p.m. on the REWE site at Hans-Böckler-Straße 1a in Dotzheim.
There will also be changes in Schierstein. The Covimedical test center on Alte Schmelze 16 in Schierstein will be closed on Tuesday, May 11. It will be moved to the parking lot of the furniture store XXXL-Lutz on Äppelallee 69. The test center will open on Wednesday, May 12 and will be open from Monday to Saturday between 8 am to 7 pm and on Sundays from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 3 pm. In addition, a test site will open on Monday, May 10 at the OBI site on Friedrich-Bergius-Straße 20. It is open from Monday to Saturday between 7 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
An overview of the testing sites as well as the testing pharmacies can be found on the homepage of the state capital Wiesbaden at www.wiesbaden.de. This overview is regularly reviewed and updated. Testing pharmacies that are not yet listed on this overview and wish to register can do so by e-mail at impfzentrum-anfragen@wiesbaden.de.
