    FORT EUSTIS, VA – McDonald Army Health Center is now offering first dose Pfizer vaccine appointments to all eligible beneficiaries 16 years of age and older. This includes all TRICARE eligible patients as well as Department of Army, Department of Air Force, and Department of Navy government employees.
    COVID-19 vaccine appointments on Fort Eustis are located at Anderson Field House located at 643 Dickman Street Fort Eustis, Virginia 23604.
    To schedule a vaccine appointment, beneficiaries are encouraged to call the COVID Vaccine Information Line at 757-953-6208, pressing 1 for McDonald Army Health Center. Beneficiaries enrolled to McDonald Army Health Center may also book appointments via TRICARE Online. Vaccines are by appointment only; walk-ins aren’t permitted at this time.
    The following vaccination site guidelines must be followed by all:
    • Patients should plan on a 45-60 minute vaccination process.
    • Parents are highly encouraged not to bring children to the vaccination site.
    • Ensure you bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or other methods of 1st dose verification if you are receiving a second dose.
