    The Sexual Harassment\Assault Response Prevention or SHARP program is an Army-wide program for all Military Members and Family members 18 yrs and older. SHARP also provides limited support for Veterans, Department of Army Civilians and visitors to our Fort Bliss installation.

    The Fort Bliss SHARP program has both Civilian and Active Duty personnel who are trained and nationally certified by NOVA, the National Office for Victim Assistance, to provide advocacy services, education and program coordination.

    Individuals can report their Sexual Harassment or Sexual Assault to any credentialed SHARP professional. Sexual Harassment can be reported anonymously, informally or formally. Sexual Assaults can be reported Restricted or Unrestricted. SHARP professionals are readily available to advise victims of their reporting options and support services on and off the Fort Bliss installation.

    Support services include, but are not limited to, crisis intervention, safety planning, medical and mental health services, court accompaniment, hospital accompaniment, special victim’s council services, Command support, and prevention and education.

    The Fort Bliss SHARP program is available and responds 24 hour a day, 7 day a week. The installation SHARP can be reached at 915-245-8991. The Garrison SHARP Office can be reached at 915-781-8770

    No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome.
