North Carolina National Guard 113th Sustainment Brigade held a Change of Responsibility Ceremony at the unit’s readiness center in Greensboro, North Carolina, Dec. 5, 2020. The unit welcomed Command Sgt. Maj. William Bullins as new brigade command sergeant major replacing Command Sgt. Maj. Timothy James.

“We change, train, and get stronger every day,” said Bullins.
