MCGHEE TYSON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Tenn. -- U.S. Air Force Personnel Systems Managers held a PSM familiarization course at the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center in East Tennessee, February 25-28, as part of their continuing education.
Managers said that the course focused on programs, policies, and processes within the personnel support section as well as on in-depth, hands-on training utilizing unit data. Additionally, the 20 Airmen were briefed on upcoming systems changes and discussed issues encountered at the Wing level.
Senior Master Sgt. Slychet Stone, ANG senior PSM, and Master Sgt. Donminick O'Gwin, ANG senior data systems analyst, conducted the briefings.
TEC is the Air National Guard's primary center for professional military education and continuing education in the total Air Force.
