Spc. Ronald Scharch, who hails from Cordova, Maryland, is a 17C, cyberspace operations specialist, assigned to C Company, 781st Military Intelligence Battalion (Cyber), headquartered at Fort George. G. Meade, Md. Scharch will receive the Army Achievement Medal for his selection as the Battalion’s Best Warrior Soldier for 2020 on February 21.
