Poznan hosts Polish under-secretary for base tour

241st Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

Col. Phil Brooks, 1st Infantry Division Forward Commander, welcomed Mr. Pavel Wozny, Polish Under-Secretary of State in the Minister of National Defence, to Poznan on Tuesday, November 26.
Brooks greeted the under-secretary with a salute and handshake before escorting him inside for a brief staff meeting. Immediately following the meeting, Wozny was given a tour of the base in Poznan focusing on its newer engineering projects. The visit was concluded with lunch at the dining facility where both Col. Brooks and Under-Secretary Wozny met with several Soldiers currently deployed here in Poland.
