Firefighters – have you taken the Occupational Analysis Survey (OAS)? The survey went live on 18 Nov 19 and was sent to your email in a personalized link. All firefighters should take the time to thoroughly complete this survey.
By taking this survey, you have the opportunity to influence training, utilization, and promotions for all 3E7X1 Airmen. We will use the survey data to delete, add, and modify training requirements, deliver training that is warranted by the mission, and tailor training to unique mission requirements. Is there a training that you wish wasn’t required, or one that you wish was? If so, tell us in the survey.
