Flu shots are now available at NHC Corpus Christi for all TRICARE beneficiaries.
Military dependents, retirees and their covered family members can stop by the NHC Corpus Christi immunization clinic Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. to receive the vaccine.
Flu shots will be administered on a walk-in basis, no referral or prescription is necessary.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends annual influenza vaccination for everyone six months and older.
As previously announced, Flu shots for active duty personnel will be administered in the NHC Corpus Christi auditorium on Friday, Oct. 25 from 7 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m., and again on Friday, Nov. 1, from 7 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.
Information about flu shot availability will also be sent out through TRICARE Online Secure Messaging.
