PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – The Air Force launched a mobile app connecting Airmen and their families with information that matters most to their lives and careers.
The Air Force Connect app equips Airmen with a new, mobile-friendly way to find important base and career information, and provides access to CAC websites right from their phones.
Top features in the Peterson Air Force Base sub-app include:
• PAFB general information
• News and social media streams
• Emergency contacts and resources
• Air Force guides and fitness information
• Push notifications such as Snow Call
• …and more
Within USAF Connect, Peterson Air Force Base is now available in the app’s “favorites” portal—with information tailored to the base. Airmen simply need to install USAF Connect from the Google Play or the Apple App Store, select “Peterson Air Force Base” when prompted to add to “favorites”, and swipe left from the USAF Connect home screen. Also, users should make sure that push notifications are turned on to receive updates like Snow Call information. Users can favorite up to 10 organizations, making it easy to get the information they need anytime, anywhere, right in the palm of their hands.
