Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point Commanding Officer Col. Mikel Huber made a special visit to the Marine Corps Community Service Child Development Center to congratulate its staff on the recent achievement of a five-year term accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Aug. 30, 2019. The program earned an average score of 98.9 percent in 10 categories that assessed criteria such as curriculum, health, physical environment, relationships, teachers and teaching.
