Col. Mary Parker assumed command of the 81st Inpatient Operations Squadron during an assumption of command ceremony here, June 21.
Col. Beatrice T. Dolihite, 81st Medical Group commander, presided over the ceremony.
Parker was previously the chief nurse of the 559th Medical Group at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
“I’m proud to now be a part of this team that saves lives,” said Parker, “I’m honored to join this team and take reign of command here.
