MUSCATATUCK, Ind. – Absolute simulated destruction and contamination blanketed over what was left of the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Indiana, as the 76th Operational Response Command trains through the rubble of the Vibrant Response 19 exercise May 7 through May 16, 2019.


Soldiers were tasked to provide relief efforts and decontamination procedures of all affected areas communities in the direct path of a staged large scale nuclear attack of a city.

Chemical, Biological, Radioactive and Nuclear (CBRN) 76th Operational Response Command responders set up shop for civilian and Soldier decontamination line procedures that represented an effective disaster scenario recovery process.
