U.S. Marine and civilian police officers assigned to the Cherry Point Police Department shared information on their specific military occupational specialties during a visit to the Child Development Center at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, April 19, 2019. The visit included a Marine from the special reaction team; a military working dog handler and his K-9; and an accident and investigation specialist. The officers answered questions and explained the various duties they perform to keep the base safe.
