    KABUL, Afghanistan - A four-year-old boy was injured today when he was struck by an International Security Assistance Force vehicle after coming too close to a passing convoy.

    ISAF soldiers rendered first aid immediately and requested a medical evacuation helicopter. The injured boy was brought to the ISAF hospital at Camp Meimaneh.

    ISAF regrets any injuries caused to civilians and takes all possible precautions to avoid them.
